このMan Next Doorは、ゲトーのリアルライフとしてケンカばかりしている隣人について歌った名曲ですが、またの名をコーラスにある”I’ve Got To Get Away”（意：ここから出て行かなきゃ）や、リディム名でもある”Quite Place”（静かな場所）としても知られています。
余談ですが、Girl Next Doorというのは英熟語で「隣の家のかわいい女の子」、「近所のお嬢さん」といった良い意味で使われます。決してこの曲のようなトラブルメーカーではありません！
